Development Project Management Institute Trainings in Monterey, DC, and Kenya This Summer

DPMI is a professional certificate program for young professionals and career-changers seeking a career in poverty alleviation through livelihood and income generation and sustainable development.
Modules: (1) Managing and Designing Development Projects, (2) Strategic Partnership and Social Entrepreneurship, and (3) Facilitation and Participatory Development.
DPMI uses a cross-sector approach, taking best practices from the development field and combining these tools with successful concepts drawn from the private sector.

Washington, D.C.
May 26-June 13, 2014
Kisumu, Kenya (hosted by Omega Foundation)
June 9-20, 2014
Program Fee: 2,500 USD for DC or Monterey programs; 2,000 USD (inclusive of lodging) for Kenya program
Applications reviewed on a rolling basis through May 2.
Participants become part of the Monterey Institute of International Studies alumni community after completing the certificate training.
