Professional Experience: |
I am currently working for Standard Chartered Bank as a Lead Practitioner/Leadership Facilitator. I am a key stakeholder in the implementation of Business strategy of all the departments in the Bank. I am passionate about creating awareness of diversity and inclusion especially for leaders. Its not unusual to find me designing, refreshing training programmes, as well as tailoring bespoke learning interventions based on a client's needs.
My work experience spans over 15 years of Facilitation, Human Resource Management, Talent Development, as well as experience in project management in the Nongovernmental Organisation sector and various roles in Banking.
I have been involved in developing female talent across Africa through the flagship programmes for female development, as well as upskilling leaders across the Bank on how to embed Diversity and Inclusion pillars in the way they manage their people. I have been working as a facilitator and HR practitioner for the past 15 years and prior to that i have experience in project management in the Non-governmental Organization sector and various roles in Banking.
