My job as the Director of Membership and Development, is to foster cross-border networking and knowledge sharing across a network of stakeholders who share a commitment to a common mission. My biggest blessing is having the opportunity to work closely with a global and diverse network of members and partners from across the globe with different backgrounds and experiences. I firmly believe multi-stakeholder collaboration is essential to a globally connected and sustainable world.
Having dedicated nearly a decade to the growth and sustainability of a small non-profit organization, I am now eager to leverage my skills and experience in a larger organizational setting. My journey with the non- profit allowed me to play a significant role in its development and sustained impact, honing my ability to navigate challenges and contribute to its long-term success. While my time there has been incredibly rewarding, I am now drawn to the dynamic environment of a larger organization, particularly one with a purpose-driven focus.
