I have more than 20 years of experience in strategic research and monitoring of development programs in various thematic areas, namely, health and mental health, child rights and education and livelihoods. My skills set includes end-to-end research execution, capacity building of teams on M&E, and publishing for diverse audiences. I have worked in senior positions in varied set-ups such as INGOs, Corporate Social Responsibility Departments and academia.
